Seaside Roofing Solutions LLC is a locally owned and operated roofing company serving the Florida Panhandle. Built on the values we live by — honesty, integrity, and treating people right — we believe a roof isn't just a product. It's the thing that protects your family while they sleep. That's a responsibility we take personally.

Seaside is led by President Conner Hightower. Before starting Seaside, Conner was a partner at a larger roofing company where he worked on a wide range of commercial and high-end residential projects across the region. That experience shaped the way he approaches every job — and the same standards and values carry over into every home Seaside works on today.

Outside of work, Conner is a husband and father of two. Family is the foundation everything else is built on — and the same values he holds at home are the ones that shape how Seaside does business. We live in this community. Our kids will grow up here. From Santa Rosa Beach to Pensacola and the surrounding communities, our neighbors aren't customers — they're the people we see at church, at the grocery store, at our kids' ball games. That's not something you forget when you're up on someone's roof.
